Black Hills Leadership Development is a team with the vision to build a networking group in an effort to cultivate, enhance and encourage leadership skills in our community.
Black Hills Leadership Development facilitates monthly leadership luncheons from September through May of each year. Our goal is to strengthen our current leaders and develop new upcoming leaders for our community, companies and service organizations. We will learn from other community leaders on how to grow your leadership skills through their personal experiences on topics such as vision, time management, common ground, desire, integrity, personal responsibility, honesty, organizational procedure, relationship building and many more. Our group has the goal to be the “go to place” for leadership development in the Black Hills Area. We will achieve this only by enhancing and partnering with the existing leadership development functions within local Chamber of Commerce organizations, academia and other service organizations.
